You know your practice. Now it's time to trust your voice.

As your mentor, I'm here to walk alongside you. Not with a fixed curriculum but with sessions shaped around whatever you're actually working through.

Whether that's finding your own way to sequence a class, learning to hold a room without performing confidence, weaving in more philosophy without it feeling forced, figuring out the business side nobody taught you, or just having someone who's built a studio from nothing to talk it through with — I'm here for it.

Sessions happen at STUDIO MOND in Salzburg or over video, in a space with no judgment and no script. Not sure where to start? Below are two ways we can work together.

  • For when you have one specific thing on your mind.

    Bring one topic (eg. how to hold a room when a class isn't going the way you planned, a sentence you don't know how to write about yourself, an assist you're unsure of) and we go deep on exactly that.

    You'll leave with a clear next step, not just reassurance, plus the recording of the session so you can always come back to it later.

    Initial consult + First session: 120 EUR (90 min)
    Follow-up sessions: 90 EUR (75 min)

  • For the teacher who wants more than one conversation can hold. 7 sessions (spread over a month or longer) of steady support.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    • 1 intention-setting call to start

    • Shadow one of my classes at STUDIO MOND or online

    • 3 working sessions on different topics

    • Teach a class (a community class at STUDIO MOND or on video) and get my feedback

    • Ongoing voice-memo support throughout

    • 1 closing integration call, including a short Human Design read of you as a teacher

    INTENTION CALL (60 min)
    We talk about where you are, what's calling you, and what you actually want this container to hold. This becomes the thread we follow through everything after.

    SHADOW MY CLASS
    Come sit in on one of my classes at STUDIO MOND or watch a recording if you're not local. Seeing how someone else holds space, cues, and sequences (live and unfiltered) often teaches more than any conversation about it.

    SESSION 1: Presence + Space-holding (75 min)
    What happens when the class doesn't go how you planned. How to hold a room without performing a confidence you don't feel. How your energy (not just your cues) shapes the space.

    SESSION 2: Your voice + Teaching Career (75 min)
    How you talk about yourself and your teaching, so it sounds like you. And the practical side: how to land a teaching position at a studio and the other ways to build income beyond a studio paycheck (like retreats, workshops, and events)

    SESSION 3: Your topic of choice (75 min)
    This one follows you. Cueing, a dharma talk you're working on, sequencing, assists, or whatever's most alive for you that month.

    TEACH FOR ME
    Teach a class (a community class at STUDIO MOND, or send me a video if we're working remotely) and I'll watch and give you real feedback: your hands, your cues, your pacing.

    ONGOING SUPPORT
    There’s the possibility to send me voice memos whenever something comes up between sessions ,so you don't have to save it all for the next call.

    CLOSING CALL (60 min)
    We look at where you started, and where you are now. What shifted, what's still open, what you want to carry forward from here. Toward the end, a small addition: a short Human Design read of you as a teacher, just to round things off.

    750 EUR for the container, or 3x250 EUR
