Escape the bustle of the city and join us for this calming Forest Sound Bath experience. Together, we’ll take a light 30-minute walk through the woods until we reach our ideal spot to unwind and relax.

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of rustling leaves and chirping birds, accompanied by the gentle tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other carefully chosen instruments to enhance your experience.

No yoga or movement involved – just pure rest and relaxation. Wear comfy clothes and bring layers to stay warm. Remember to bring a mat or something soft to lie on, along with a pillow for extra comfort. And, of course, bring water to stay hydrated.
